Is the art hand-drawn?
Yes. Every design is drawn by hand by Grispoon. Some of our social media videos use AI-generated characters, and they are always labelled as AI.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is printed on demand after you order. Count 2 to 7 working days of production, then delivery: 3 to 8 working days in France, 4 to 10 in the EU and 7 to 20 internationally. The estimated date is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking number by email when your order ships. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
How much is shipping?
France: €7.99 standard, €10.99 express. European Union: €22. International: €29. The exact cost is shown before you pay. Outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery.
How do I choose my size?
Each clothing page has a size guide. Most pieces have a unisex fit. If you're between two sizes, write to us and we'll help you choose.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and return shipping is at your cost. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See Returns and refunds.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your card details.
